Session Description:

You can't know what kids think of your service and what they want from your programs until you ask them -- and if you take the time to ask, THEY WILL TELL YOU, in no uncertain terms, good and bad!  In this session, we watch some (often humorous) clips of kids talking about their cafeterias from some of our market research projects.  We'll examine what they've told us on surveys.  More importantly, we'll see how to put this knowledge to work in making positive changes in our facilities.
