Book a date the day before or after a district within reasonable driving distance (300 miles or so) that's already booked a date in any summer week.  Please note that you do not have to book the dates at the same time they make their booking; just check the calendar for currently scheduled dates.

GOOD NEIGHBOR DISCOUNT

If you're within 250 miles or so as the crow flies of our offices in Northern Maryland (see the map here), you can get the discounted rate for any date in the summer when we're not already scheduled at a far-flung location. Check the calendar for currently scheduled dates

Because travel prices go up the closer you get to a travel date, we don't know how long we'll be able to extend these offers, so call soon.  Even if your interest is tentative and you don't have a date, call us to guarantee these rates -- no obligation.  Regular price for training, $3000 plus expenses.     

*In a few cases, unusually high travel costs to your location may require an additional charge; this isn't often the case, and we will let you know immediately if this could affect your price.  These offers may be altered or ended at any time.  These offers are limited to employee training for districts only (conferences and director meetings are not eligible; please see below or contact us for a price quote including expenses). 

Please note that when we book a summer date in a particular state, we often offer a discounted flat rate, all expenses included, to other districts in the region that book us around the same time.  This saves travel expenses for us.  You may have received an email with such an offer -- if not, feel free to ask if such special pricing might not apply to your district or group of districts
